Customer Acknowledgement
By submitting my order to Posh Print, I confirm that I have thoroughly reviewed and verified all aspects of the document, including spelling, grammar, content accuracy, and layout. I am satisfied with the final presentation as displayed.
I understand that my document will print exactly as it appears in the provided preview, and I acknowledge that changes to the order may not be possible once it has been submitted. I assume full responsibility for any typographical, grammatical, or content-related errors.
1. Order Approval
Customers are entirely responsible for the final review and approval of proofs and layouts before the printing process begins. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, verifying:
Spelling and Grammar:
Typos, incorrect grammar, and other language issues.
Graphics and Design:
Correct placement, resolution, and quality of images.
File Formats and Templates:
Ensuring files comply with Posh Prints templates and requirements (e.g., correct bleeds, color mode, resolution).
Page Order and Layout:
Pages are arranged in the intended sequence.
Important:
Posh Print shall not be held liable for errors, omissions, or discrepancies that result from customer-provided files. By approving the proof, you accept that the product will be printed as displayed, with no further revisions or modifications.
2. Copyright Compliance
All materials used within the Posh Print platform or submitted for production are subject to copyright protection under national and international laws. Customers must ensure they own the rights to use, reproduce, or distribute any copyrighted content provided to Posh Print.
Prohibited Content:
Customers may not upload or reproduce any content they do not have the legal right to use, including:
- Trademarks, service marks, or logos belonging to others
- Copyrighted photographs, artwork, or text without permission
- Explicit, obscene, or pornographic materials
Legal Responsibility:
Customers assume full liability for any copyright or intellectual property violations arising from their use of Posh Prints services. Posh Print reserves the right to refuse any order that breaches copyright laws or violates its policies.
3. Customer Content Responsibilities
As a customer, you retain sole responsibility for all content submitted to Posh Print, including ensuring content complies with local, national, and international laws.
Prohibited content includes:
- Material deemed obscene, indecent, or lewd
- Threatening or defamatory language directed at individuals or organizations
- Content inciting unlawful acts, treason, or violence
- Content that infringes on the rights of Posh Print or third parties
4. Technical Requirements
Customers must ensure that all submitted files meet Posh Prints technical specifications:
Color Mode:
Files must be in CMYK format. Posh Print is not responsible for color discrepancies resulting from RGB-to-CMYK conversions.
Resolution:
Images must have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
File Quality:
Poor-quality files may result in pixelation, distortion, or other defects.
5. Color Proofing and Production Standards
Color Variations:
Due to technical limitations, there may be slight variations between digital proofs and final printed products. Posh Print cannot guarantee exact color matching.
Trimming and Folding:
Variations of up to 0.0625 inches are deemed acceptable. Customers should account for this tolerance when designing their artwork.
Quantity Variance:
A variance of up to 5% in the quantity delivered is considered acceptable.
6. Order Management
Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled before production begins. Key points:
- Cancellation charges may apply for labor and administrative expenses
- No refunds for completed orders or file adjustment services
Returns and Refunds:
All sales are final due to the custom nature of the products. Refunds or reprints will only be issued for verified production errors reported within 2 business days of receipt.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times are approximate. Posh Print is not liable for delays caused by external factors.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Legal Terms
Governing Law:
All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings shall be governed by the laws of New York State, USA.
Limitation of Liability:
Under no circumstances shall Posh Print be held liable for:
- Indirect damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages from service delays, technical issues, or external factors
- Issues stemming from inappropriate or unauthorized use
Indemnity:
Customers agree to indemnify and hold Posh Print harmless from all claims, liabilities, costs, and damages arising from breach of these Terms, legal actions related to submitted content, or intellectual property disputes.
9. Additional Terms
Payment Information:
Posh Print does not store customer payment details. Processing is handled securely by authorized providers.
Non-Solicitation:
Customers agree not to solicit Posh Print employees for direct employment within two years.
Third-Party Links:
Posh Print may provide links to external websites but does not endorse their content.
Food Labeling:
Posh Print provides printing services only and assumes no responsibility for regulatory compliance.
